25 years ago, my life began for the second time. Clueless on what to do with my life, I end up on the trenches of a kitchen. After long hours of washing, peeling, and all the BS of the 90’s I found myself still restless with adrenaline, eager to keep cooking. This unyielding passion led me to enroll at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of classic French cuisine.
