The Kitchen was not achieved without effort—it was honed through the guidance of exhausting, loud, and passionate chefs, as well as the warmth and tradition of my mother.

My culinary journey expanded further during my travels, where I experienced the vast and rich gastronomy of Portugal, Spain, Oaxaca, Yucatan, Mexico city and the cliché destinations like Italy, France, why not!. These diverse culinary traditions have become a source of inspiration, shaping my own artistic culinary expression.

Since I opened TK in 2012 until today you will find me in The Kitchen every day, regardless of the hour. Don’t believe it? Pock your head into the kitchen and say Hi!, Every plate served passes through my hands, ensuring a personal touch in every dish. You may like it or you may hate it, I appreciate your feedback either way, and I wont change the process unless I f…up. I no longer cook to impress; I craft meals with ingredients that are adventures or opposite to my neighbor's restaurateurs. Anything you are offered in Penticton you won’t find it here. It’s our motto. Each dish is telling a part of my story. I aim to share delightful moments with you and your company. I want to create a moment you will remember, and remember if it sucks for you..., there will be no heart feelings.
